The fifth installment of the Leadership Series, Developing Teachers Using Modeling and Practice, is designed for leaders to grow their skills using modeling and practice opportunities as tools in coaching conversations to help teachers improve. Leaders learn how to provide teachers with a model of a target skill, plan off-stage practice opportunities for their teachers, and provide feedback on rounds of teacher practice. Leaders and teachers can also deepen their knowledge about strategies to build vocabulary through texts and build student listening comprehension. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
