Leadership and Literacy Session 4: Communicating Feedback and High-Quality Text

The fourth installment of the Leadership Series, Communicating Feedback Effectively and Selecting High-Quality Texts, is designed for leaders to grow their skills in delivering feedback clearly and effectively to their teachers during coaching conversations. Leaders will learn how to open a coaching conversation by providing teachers with both positive and constructive feedback. They practice delivering feedback in a way that is clear, honest, and motivates teachers to continue their growth.
