Math Session 1: Setting a High Bar for Excellence in Math

The first installment of the Nevada ECE Math Series, Setting a High Bar for Excellence in Math, is designed for leaders to grow their skill in understanding and describing what excellence in math looks like in birth through five classrooms. Leaders and teachers can learn how to identify best practices in math, and how those instructional practices support students in achieving appropriate academic milestones in math. Leaders also draft a vision statement for math instruction in their classrooms to connect to their larger Vision of Excellence for their centers.
